Absolutely not true, this is out of character of the owner. I have shopped at the AQ for several and the owners and workers are very professional and friendly.

Also recommend grocery shopping too..fresh food..i shop there too since grace ottaws is now closed.
Both husband and wife, owners of the store are amazing people, friendly, professional.
